These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and elitking ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This document governs your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and content available on the elitking platform.

By completing the registration process, making your first deposit, or using any elitking service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions of these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are considered part of this agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and account password. elitking recommends using a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. 4. Deposits and Payment Methods

• Not to conduct any money laundering or illicit financing activities through the elitking platform;

9. Account Closure and Suspension

Elitking reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions;
• Identity fraud or submission of false information during registration or KYC;
• Use of multiple accounts for prohibited purposes;
• Abuse of the elitking bonus or promotion system;
• Suspected activity related to money laundering or financing of illegal activities;
• Requests from law enforcement or authorized regulatory bodies.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, elitking reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances, wins associated with fraudulent activity, and any funds obtained unlawfully. Legitimate original deposit funds will be returned subject to the completion of an investigation.

9.1 Account Closure by Member Request

If you wish to close your elitking account voluntarily, please contact our customer support team via live chat. We will process your request within 3 business days. Any valid remaining funds will be returned to your original payment method once verification is complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

Elitking provides its gaming platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, elitking makes no express or implied warranties regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures established by the relevant regulatory body before being referred to a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision in these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, that provision shall be interpreted as closely as possible to the original intent, while all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
